We interview everyone involved in the search:

  • “Cultural” interviews with the Client Management Team and Board of Directors at the time of Search Commencement
  • “In-Person” interviews with every Candidate presented to the Client

We conduct weekly conference calls for search updates and candidate analysis with the Client management team. All Client management team members involved with the search are invited to dial-in. We send updated reports of the entire search prior to each weekly call.
