A candidate search list is established. Research is refined on an ongoing basis to find the best possible candidate for the position.

Potential candidates are identified and screened. Candidates are interviewed and their references checked. Communication is very important to the process. Weekly client conference calls are held to keep the client informed of the status of the process and to identify any open items or questions.
