Reactivity Names New Vice President for Worldwide Sales

Antonio J. Espinosa to Lead Worldwide Sales Efforts

BELMONT, Calif., April 18, 2005 — Reactivity®, Inc. the leader in secure XML infrastructure, today announced appointment of Antonio J. Espinosa as vice president of worldwide sales. Mr. Espinosa will report directly to Glenn Osaka, Reactivity president and chief executive officer, and will oversee all direct and indirect field sales programs required necessary for achieving the company's growth targets.  Taylor Winfield, Inc. conducted the search.

Prior to Reactivity, Mr. Espinosa served as vice president for worldwide sales at Kinitos, Inc., a private company specializing in application management software. Before Kinitos he held the position of vice president of worldwide sales for Talarian Corporation, a public company acquired by TIBCO. At Talarian he led the sales organization to 37-percent quarter-to-quarter growth and a key factor in the company's efforts to achieve profitability for the first time. Mr. Espinosa also held executive management positions at Visionael Corporation as vice president of worldwide sales and field operations, and Gupta Corporation, where he was responsible for managing the company's Americas operations as the vice president of the Americas. He also has prior experience with Rolm, Hewlett Packard, and Lockheed Corporations. Mr. Espinosa earned B.S.E.E, M.S.E.E, and MBA degrees from the University of California at Davis; and graduated from the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University.
