MailFrontier Expands Executive Leadership Roles to Drive Next Stage of Company's Growth

Anne Bonaparte Named CEO and President; Pavni Diwanji Appointed Chairman

Palo Alto, Calif., June 29, 2004 – MailFrontier TM , a pioneer in email security and leading provider of anti-spam solutions, today announced the realignment of two executive positions. Anne Bonaparte, previously Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at MailFrontier, has been named CEO and President. In her role as Chairman, Pavni Diwanji, founder and previously CEO of MailFrontier, will continue to provide input on the company's business strategy and product vision, as well as foster relationships with customers and partners.

Since joining MailFrontier, Bonaparte has made a significant impact in areas critical to accelerating the company's growth and establishing market leadership, including strengthening the MailFrontier brand and establishing key strategic partnerships. In her new role, her focus will be on driving the company's business strategy and execution to solidify MailFrontier's leadership in the email security market. In addition to overseeing day-to-day company operations, Bonaparte will tap her worldwide distribution expertise to further MailFrontier's global market development.

Prior to joining MailFrontier, Bonaparte served as VeriSign's Vice President, International, where she restructured the company's international operations and positioned the company for international growth during a tumultuous economy. Previously, Bonaparte founded Buzzsaw, Inc., and built the company to a market leadership position in less than two years before selling it to Autodesk. She received a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard University.
