Infopia Strengthens Leadership Team with New Positions and Silicon Valley Talent
Strong demand for multi-channel online selling solutions continues to drive Infopia’s expansion
Salt Lake City, UT – October 10, 2006 – Infopia, the industry leader in multi-channel online selling solutions, today announced appointing three new executives to the Infopia senior management team: Ralf VonSosen as Vice President of Marketing, John Reagh as Vice President of Sales and Catherine Cherubino as Vice President of Business Development. Previously with leading e-business companies such as Siebel, SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite, the three new vice presidents bring extensive Silicon Valley technology experience to help Infopia in its next stage of growth. Taylor Winfield was engaged to conduct the Vice President of Sales search.
“With our $8 million funding round earlier this year and our new distinguished executives, Infopia is well positioned to drive our marketshare,” said Bjorn Espenes, chief executive officer of Infopia. “There has been so much demand for our solutions that the time is right to invest in additional team leaders. Catherine, John and Ralf will not only help Infopia achieve new success, but also deliver greater value to our customers.”
Driving Infopia’s global marketing strategy, VonSosen carries an impressive track-record of identifying and leveraging growth opportunities through new marketing, product development and partnerships. Prior to Infopia, he spent nearly a decade in a number of leadership roles within the software industry to drive product growth and market awareness, most recently as the vice president of solution marketing at SAP and previously with Nextance as well as Siebel Systems.
With 10 years of success in strategic sales and managerial roles in enterprise software, Reagh brings a refined ability to implement and execute best-practice sales and business processes. He has spent nearly four years with Siebel Systems, was most recently regional vice president of corporate accounts at NetSuite, and has worked with other technology leaders such as Oakley Networks, Cerberian and Callware Technologies.
As a founding member of Siebel’s alliance organization, Cherubino has held senior partnership and business development roles during her eight-year tenure, most recently as the vice president of channels and alliances for the Siebel CRM OnDemand division. With experience also at Oracle, Verity, Liberate Technologies and TeraData, she brings deep expertise in both the technology and business side of eCommerce.
