Lawrence Lindsey Joins I-many as Executive Vice President of Product Operations

EDISON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 23, 2007--I-many, Inc. (NASDAQ:IMNY), the leading provider of advanced Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions for managing corporate commitments, announced the appointment of Lawrence Lindsey as executive vice president of product operations. Lindsey will be responsible for product management, development, quality assurance and product release management of the entire I-many family of products. He brings 17 years of senior management and enterprise software development experience to I-many, with extensive experience in CRM, bid-quote, healthcare and other enterprise applications.  Taylor Winfield, Inc. assisted I-many in this search.

"Lawrence's extraordinary depth of experience and knowledge in these areas rounds out I-many's executive management team," said John A. Rade, president and CEO of I-many. "His high-level accomplishments at Nsite and Oracle are particularly meaningful as we complete and roll out a number of powerful new-generation applications. With the addition of Lawrence, I-many now possesses all the elements - the people, processes and products - it needs to consolidate its dominant position in Life Sciences and propel it towards similar leadership of the burgeoning CLM marketplace."

Lindsey joins I-many from Symantec Corporation, where he served as vice president of engineering for online platform and partner services, and led an extensive team of developers, testers, and program managers worldwide to design, develop and maintain world class ecommerce, desktop messaging, licensing and subscription management technologies, as well as customized OEM and ISP versions of Norton products.

He also was vice president of engineering for Nsite Software (now a unit of NASDAQ-traded Business Objects S.A.), a leading software as a service (SaaS) web applications and platform company specializing in channel management, CPQ (configure, price, quote) and related CRM and front office productivity solutions. At Nsite he was responsible for all product strategy, development, and production operations.

Prior to Nsite, Lindsey rose through a number of senior management positions at Oracle Corporation, including senior director of development for the Healthcare Industry Group and last as senior director of Oracle's Marketing and Partnering Products Group, where he was responsible for the development of a range of major applications for hundreds of enterprise customers worldwide.

Commented Lindsey, "The product development and marketing opportunity I-many presents is truly rare and exciting, especially as it represents the most comprehensive and powerful suite of CLM products in the industry. I'm looking forward to being part of this extraordinary team of professionals as we unlock the revenue potential established by many months of R&D and make 2007 a stellar year for I-many."
