Aligo Names New Vice President of Engineering

David Muir to Lead Engineering and Operations

San Francisco, Calif., April 3rd, 2006 — Aligo, the leading provider of mobile service management solutions, today announced the appointment of David Muir as Vice President of Engineering. Mr. Muir will report directly to Emerick Woods, Aligo president and chief executive officer.  Taylor Winfield, Inc. conducted the search.

Prior to Aligo, Mr. Muir served as senior vice president of Engineering at Unicru, Inc., a company specializing in hiring management software that helps employers recruit, pre-screen, and select their employees. Before Unicru he held the position of senior vice president of Engineering and Operations for NetRatings, the fastest growing Internet marketing research company in the world. At NetRatings, Mr. Muir helped the company grow 300% over four years. He managed major functions in California, Paris, New York and Australia. Prior to NetRatings, he worked in technology consulting where he pioneered many new innovations in computer animation and document management systems. Mr. Muir holds a BS in Engineering from Kettering University and is an active volunteer with the Taylor Family Foundation, a foundation that assists children with catastrophic diseases.
