Broadview Networks Hires Christopher Eldredge to Head Alternate Channels

RYE BROOK, N.Y.--Broadview Networks, a leading business communications provider, today announced that Christopher (Chris) Eldredge is joining the company as Executive Vice President of Alternate Channels and Carrier Sales. Eldredge will report to Brian Crotty, Broadview’s chief operating officer, and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the company’s agent sales channel and wholesale organizations. Michael Hou, senior vice president of wholesale services and Robert Westervelt, vice president of alternate channels, will report to Eldredge.

Eldredge’s immediate focus will be to recruit and train new partners as Broadview moves to expand their presence in the alternate channel area. The company is targeting traditional telecommunications agents, value-added resellers, technology consultants and others that serve as knowledge leaders and influencers to small-and medium-sized business.

Before joining Broadview Networks, Eldredge was Vice President Carrier Sales & Service for Frontier Communications, one of the leading rural local exchange telephone companies. Prior to Frontier, Eldredge held numerous sales, marketing and operational leadership roles for various telecommunications providers, including Cablevision Lightpath. In all roles, he consistently delivered strong revenue growth.

Eldredge holds a M.B.A. from Dowling College, a M.A. in Public Relations and Advertising from New York Institute of Technology. He received a B.B.A. in Marketing from Hofstra University.
