
Ecommerce Executives Join myShape as Marketing Cornerstones of Innovative Women’s Apparel Shopping Destination

Linda Freedman joins as Vice President of Marketing; Helena Paulin joins as Vice President of Marketing Operations. The searches were conducted by Taylor Winfield, Inc.

Key aspects of the mission are: personal customer email programs and member communications; lifetime value of the customer; relationship management via understanding customer needs; bringing new member-driven needs to the company; and, driving the process of analytically-based marketing techniques and metrics and provide valuable insights to strategic marketing and retail merchandising.
Linda Freedman joined the start-up StyleClick (formerly ModaCAD) in 1988 as employee #4, where she was responsible for every aspect of the customer experience, including programs, acquisition, analytics and instrumental in building company revenues in excess of $15 million. Upon selling the company to USA Networks, Freedman was an independent consultant until she joined Ceiva Logic as VP Marketing, where she contributed to significant revenue growth.
Helena Paulin most recently was General Manager of Marketing for Teleflora, the world’s leading floral service, where she managed their online properties, direct marketing strategy, design/UI, measurement and analytics, order growth and membership growth for consumer and B2B markets. She was instrumental in affecting the company turnaround and setting the marketing foundation to double revenues and bring the company to breakeven. Previously, Paulin was with Apple as Vice President of Ecommerce and General Manager of US Online Stores where she managed consumer, education, individual and small business markets. Paulin was on the small team responsible for developing the environment to increase revenues over 7x in 5 years, guiding overall planning, business development, lead integrated marketing and merchandising efforts. From 1994-1999, Pauling was in positions of increasing responsibility with Federal Express Corporation in areas including Strategic Marketing and Customer Technology Marketing.
