Cenzic Names Matthew Elson Vice President of Sales as Momentum Soars

Santa Clara, Calif. - May 25, 2007 - Cenzic Inc., the leading provider of application security assessment and risk management solutions, today announced the appointment of Matthew Elson as the company's vice president of sales. An accomplished leader, Elson brings more than 15 years of sales and business development experience to Cenzic where he will be responsible for the direction and management of the sales group and all sales matters at the company.

Elson joins Cenzic from i2 Technologies, Inc., a leader in supply chain management, where he served as senior vice president of Master Data Management sales and marketing. At i2 Technologies, Elson built a global field operations infrastructure and significantly exceeded his revenue goals. Prior to i2 Technologies, he served as vice president of worldwide server software sales for Borland with responsibility for all sales, business line growth and management of executive relationships. Elson began his career in investment banking at Kidder, Peabody & Co and has held executive sales management positions at WebGain, Oasis and BEA Systems. He holds his Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from UCLA.
